I own an Anaconda and a Python. If I start a pinned blueprint, will the upgrades travel across the ships I own? Or is it a separate grind per ship? Thanks everyone!

Thank you all very much! I had a feeling that was going to be the case, but couldn’t find anything definitive on the subject.
PS Be sure you have unlocked Grade 5 access at the engineer before doing any remote engineering. Remote stuff does NOT increase your reputation with the Engineer.

I'll add to what others have said: Other than bulkheads, you engineer modules. If a module fits on more than one ship, the engineering stays with the module when outfitting it to another ship. HTH
As noted above you can use pinned blueprint to engineer your modules. Engineering is applied to the modules and stays with the module even if you remove it from one ship and install on another ship. Just keep it in mind that engineering remotely using pinned blueprint does not allows you to apply experimental effect. For that you still have to travel to the engineer.
Just remember, any module you engineer can be transfered to any other ship if it have large enough module space.
A size 6 shield from your python can be equipped on your anaconda.
A size 6 thruster on your python can also be slotted on your anacondo should you so choose. Only the ship specific armor can’t be transferred.
A good example is FAS and chieftain. All modules can be swapped between these two ships (besides the armor that is).
