ahhh that could well be it, I was sat at 9% in level 3 then crafted 3 mods i think and hit 4 then the popup came, but could have been for just what your suggesting.
How has it taken me so long to realise you've posted this, I thought it was private DW thing?

Got my invite to "Drunken" Didi Vatermann from Selene Jean at grade 3 1/3 (not the grade 2 that had been suggested). In live, he wants 200 units of Lavian Brandy (was it 20 in beta, I can't remember?) and trade rank: Merchant. The Brandy might take a while, not sure what the personal allowance is on it.
Tod "The Blaster" has his own bounties, so we have conflicting reports of people saying alliance bounties do work as well, and then they don't work. What is the dealio.
Question: how do I use dropdown menus in Viewer and other tabs? I can't see the thing. I'm using Firefox.

uh. that is interesting. i think i was simply hitting "redeem all", so maybe my access push came from his bounties? i didn't notice i had any, though.
Elvira has UC, but sometimes it just not available - just relog and it should be fixed.

What's the difference between Ship Salvage and Ship Wreck? I'm looking for Electrochemical arrays which is ship salvage.
I didn't realise that I had to sell exploration data at Farseer's. I thought that she would be asking for them and when she didn't I sold it elsewhere. Same with combat bonds at Tod's.

As well you can trade where a market is and so work on your relationship with the engineers, but this takes also very long till level 5.
Forgot to mention earlier, but Selene Jean has both commodities and universal cartographics. Both incremented rep.
A word on the rep increase from anything other than crafting - it only showed up immediately if it took me to the next grade or unlocked another engineer. Otherwise I had to relog for it to be visible.
I haven't sold bounties to Todd yet, but I'll make sure I do before crafting any more with him.

SS and SW reffered to USSs or specifically killed ships, but i'll merge those into Ship Wreck Salvage soon.
