i will note down all which i come along in blueprints, and are marked with "produced at an industrial/refinery near xxx" or similar. afaik they should be produced only in one place. will check on hoften enterprise - but it might be, that people were reporting mission rewards.

Is anyone else able to confirm this? I'm at Rank 2 with him and gave him 200k of Alliance bounties and got no increased reputation with him. Even after relogging.

I had both confirmation and infirmation... Maybe it's glitched for some people, just like the Sirius invite?
i have just tested it once. 120 k alliance bounties gave 8% into level 1.
from minor faction reputation you'll need 6-7 mio in bounties to get allied... from faseer explo data i know 10 mio for rank 5 access.
also, superpower rank may play a role? you are gaining rep faster...
can you check, whether you still see no gain after closing the game, the launcher and relaunching?
I'm currently Friendly with Alliance, Allied with Wolf 397 Independents.
When I relogged I did also quit the game. Since then I've done 3 rank 2 upgrades and I'm sitting on Rank 3 with 0% progress so it hasn't given me any delayed progress either.
I'll have to get around to checking again, maybe getting some bounties from a different zone than previously...hmm.

I didn't get invite for shield master (lei cheung) until the dweller was level 4 not 3, and what I heard about the alliance bounties with Blaster is it will only update your rep if you give enough to move a whole level but I haven't tested that yet, I'm probably gonna head over and do so shortly
Just check its description, it tells where you got it and where else you can find it.
It appears to be after making 1 blueprint of the level you have with the engineer, i.e. 1 rank 3 blueprint. That's when I got the mail at least.
