This is the actual, non-trolling answer to OPs question. Issue tracker is for bugs with the game, support is where to go for getting help for an individual player.

Jokes aside, I realized after that the OP had been barking up the wrong tree, through no fault of his own; and he wasn't actually being entitled like we often get here! So it only seemed fair to reinforce what Amy had said and be helpful.

Hey, forget about it mate - I misinterpreted your thread as one of the entitled people we often see here, who ignore proper suggestions after the joking posts, so if anything I should apologise really mate
And yeah with things like this it's better to go straight for support, as the tracker is more for things that you see and can still walk away from to continue playing - but you're not to know that if you haven't used them before.
