error connecting to server

I heard that this message can happen due to a sensitive profanity filter, but I've had my zoo for days

I've tried over a hour or two to reconnect and this is just

a thing now

god the amount of issues I've had with this game frankly makes me want to cry

Both my fanchise zoos are having issues this morning , The icon top left of welcome screen says i am online Zoo 1 it loads then says there is an internal error and says i am offline Zoo 2 it wont even load and says there is an error connecting
