There are 2 VAST tori equadistant above and below the Galactic plane, just drop or rise to 1000LY off the plane and head towards SagA* from any direction. You will hit them, it's no great feat of navigation, just remember to filter on only non-sequence so you can see you are in them.
It's also worth remembering that the more memorable systems also abound in the neutron fields; so keep the bottom FIVE filters set ON. This way you will find the amazing Herbig stars (also Wolf Rayet) and they are always worth a look.
