Fall DLC 2023 Speculation

Might as well put this one out there as well, for the winter pack (I couldnt think of an exhibit animal):

Thoughts?
I love it! The only thing I would want personally is the Francois's langur over the Pallas's cat or wolverine. Totally not realistic, two primates in one pack would probably send Frontiers office into self destruct mode, but they are so cool! But I'd definitely go crazy if Frontier released a pack like this!

What I want as far as even-toed ungulates go and why:
  • White-tailed Deer (North America could have a more typical deer compared to moose and caribou)
  • Japanese Serow (no real reasons beyond I think they are really interesting)
  • Musk Ox (unlike anything in-game although the takin would work too)
  • Nilgai (Asia could use an antelope AND it is different compared to other antelope)
  • Klipspringer (it'd be cool to have a tiny antelope!)
  • Muntjac (same for deer, it'd be great to have a smaller one)
  • Peccary (a non-tropical pig is a great addition and this one is genetically distant and native to North America)
  • Masai Giraffe (controversial but I think having two of many animal types in game would be nice for some reason)
Of these I think the White-tailed Deer and maybe Japanese Serow have a chance to make it in Fall.

For Carnivores
  • Coati (common in zoos)
  • Bat-eared Fox (insectivorous and a smaller dog-like animal for African savannahs: Aardwolf would work for insectivore habits and Jackal would work for smaller size kind of)
  • Bush Dog (Adds to South America! totally unique with its short legs! Other unique canids: Grey Fox, Tanuki)
  • Asian Palm Civet (any civet really would be cool)
  • Banded Mongoose (a mongoose would be nice)
  • Honey Badger (hot climate and a second "badger")
  • Wolverine (pretty iconic)
  • Pallas' Cat (since we already have sand cat)
  • Ocelot (adds to South America and is common in zoos)
I think coati could happen even if its not temperate. Tanuki is very welcome imo.

I’ll be honest I don’t expect any PZ news or announcements from Frontier at Gamescom. I guess that the earliest announcement for PZ we can get id probably next week.
I don't think anybody's expecting any sort of Planet Zoo news coming out of Gamescom this week. But given a few "signals," folks are thinking we might see news around another simulation/management/building game. And that could have an impact on the way people are thinking/feeling about Planet Zoo's future in terms of development... Which is why you see people talking about it (that and people are just generally curious, hah).

I dunno, while I can see Planet Coaster 2, I kinda hope it's a new title in the Planet series, like, hypothetically, Planet Studio, Planet Aquarium, etc.

But, we'll see what it is and how it'll affect PlanZo

I mean, it could be anything really. Planet Aquarium would be far more my speed than any of the other options but... We'll see!

It could also be absolutely nothing. Haha. Frontier was listed as being a company that would be "world premiering" something. People knew about the Warhammer game... But technically they gave more info about it (which could be considered a "premiere" of sorts, I guess). Hard to say. We'll know by end of day today, though.
