Woodlands seems also a great pack! This should cover rainforests and temperate forests?
Orrrrr ...ending the year with a major expansion pack???Good question: Probably they will do the same, broke the pattern and release another animal pack and ending the year with a standard dlc.
PZ needs to do something different than just release this pattern of animal pack and scenery pack and bring something fresh and surprising like a "super expansion" with 20+ animals, our dreamed aviary DLCOrrrrr ...ending the year with a major expansion pack???![]()
That’s my hope, the reason we haven’t seen any birds in the walkthrough exhibit is because they are using their time to focus them in a big pack. There is absolutely no way they haven’t seen what people are talking about, especially on the forums they run. Also that would make for an amazing Christmas gift, a huge pack full of all the birds people want. I know people aren’t as excited for birds as mammals (not me though) but I can imagine people buying a pack of 8+ animals if it contains a bald Eagle, parrots, a snowy owl, kookaburra, etc. Also ducks would be nice. Ducks plzOrrrrr ...ending the year with a major expansion pack???![]()
Andean without the andean bear or condor in the roster? Oh boy i can imagine my reaction to that at least lolI think it's going to be either a Forest Pack or a Highlands Pack, and here's the rosters I could see for both of them:
Forest Pack:
Highlands Pack:
- Tasmanian Devil
- North American Elk
- Geoffroy's Spider Monkey
- South American Coati
- Kagu (WE)
- Native American building theme
- Wolverine
- Gelada
- Markhor
- Himalayan Monal
- Chinese Giant Salamander (E)
- Idk what building theme would be in this pack. Andean? Nepalese?
"It is usually found in forested regions at altitudes of 100 to 1,500 m" I'd say that counts as highlands.Chinese giant salamander lives in highland zones?
My highlands animal pack:
- Wolverine
- Gelada
- Spectacled bear
- Markhor
- Himilayan Monal
- Vancouver Island Marmot
- Chinese/ Japanese giant salamander
- Walk through: Andean condor
whoa they look like actual murderImagine kids walking through an exhibition with theses guys hanging around
Just chill out

Maybe something like this? There are only 2 animals I REALLY want for this game, and they‘re the Mute Swan and the Wild Boar. The latter I could easily see coming in a Forest/Woodlands Pack of some sorts (idk, it seems like such a Frontier pick), but the Swan I find pretty hard to incorporate. But I think it could be paired with the other thing I want lots more of: plants.
So, I propose: The Garden Pack
- Mute Swan as the headliner
- Mallard Duck
- Golden Pheasant
- Some sort of Squirrel/Goat/Deer
- Exhibit animal: Honestly no real idea on this one. Maybe some sort of bird (although this pack is already pretty bloated with those)
- LOTS of plants (both decorative like roses or tulips, but also some more trees, roots and maybe even something underwater (algae or kelp or idrk)
- more utility items (much like Conservation did, maybe some sprinklers and things like that
- A building set for pavillons and/or glass archways
- more hedges and hedge sculptures
I‘m not really sure what to do with this idea animal-wise (it‘s very temperate and bird centric atm), and I’d appreciate your input on that, but I definitely feel it could work!
I can see Weta in an islands pack. But also Tuatara would take the spot. Ethipian wolf, I know zt2 nostalgia but from what I know there is no ethipian wolf in a zoo. But then I remember some species in PZ are not present. One was a beetle right? It's gonna be Highlands
- Gelada
- Markhor
- Takin/Wild Yak
- Spectacled bear
- Pallas Cat
- Rocky Mountain Elk
- Ethiopian Wolf/Rock Hyrax
Exhibit animal could be Chinese giant salamander or some giant weta if normal exhibit (cant really think of a walkthrough that is not a bird for highlands)
