Maybe news about Development supported events and Regular Updates that they were going to talk about in few weeks five weeks ago.

‘Perceived indifference’, I’d recommend community managers read about it. Communication is key, always. Naysayers and pitchfork holders are inevitable, please don’t let them give power to ‘this is why we can’t have nice things’.
For instance, I’m impatient to know if new clothing options are coming, especially in relation to the superpowers. Why even hide this information if it’s in the pipeline? Drop a few nuggets here and there, keep us hungry and on our toes.

Is the new bug report system working out to bring issues (and their severity) to your attention? (more so than the last method, of course)
From this side it's always seemed like FDEV barely care about major bugs (like the heat bug, which has been around forever)... However, we see you patch things (rightfully so, I'll give you that) that accelerate players' progress in days.
