FDev, come on already! Beyond a joke. Anyone else seeing this?

Elite Dangerous definitely needs a broader solution to it's networking than to stick to P2P in it's entirety. Like was suggested here, some elements of the game could use more dedicated servers to avoid terrible instancing and serious lag.

Can't they make low wake areas dedicated so player interactions are more consistent?

The fact that guardian sites still crash when more than 2 players in SRV's participate too is an issue.

I remember back when I first played the Xbox game. Community goals were an absolute shambles for lag. Supercruise felt like it was hitting an enormous 5fps. Freeze crashes were the norm. It has become more stable than 2/3 years ago, say, but there is much that still needs improved.
