FFE map + disputed systems(white + "!!") + system under federal interdiction(light blue) - both are the same in FE2

i havent decided where to put the legend yet so there it is :
Note that Dasofa(1;9) belongs to the federation, but does not have any spaceport or station.
the federation seems to have scientific interests there...
btw Spica is right off the bottom (-4;-17), just bellow the "-4".
Spica is at 142+LY from Sol.
Some early versions
and there compare to the galaxy :
******
A "slightly" smaller & simpler version, it took me minutes to do it!!!
if a sector possess at least one Imperial or Federal system, it will hide the independent sytems in the same sector by using Fed/Imp color.
Sectors for Lave(-3;-6), Alioth(0;5), Achenar(1;-4) and Sol(0;0) have their own colors.
now it will be more mike this
*****
while doing this i found several interesting things that helped me quite a bit, just thought i should mention them :
1>http://www.frontierastro.co.uk/FrontierMaps/FMaps.html
the second software on this page helped me reposition every star system more accurately and find some that were missing, it creates an image of the region you want, unfortunately, it doesnt gives the same system names for those which are procedurally generated, very usefull anyway, you can use it to show the entire galaxy, though zoom out as much as you can cause it's huge and take time to generate. you wont see individual systems but you'll see the shape of the galaxy, just make sure you give the right parameters. it's impressive anyway.
the lcars version also gives factions for FE2&FFE, and you can move the map to see any region of the galaxy.
2>http://www.jades.org/maps/pop_map.htm#MAP
here you can find a lot of info about inhabited system(tech level, political system...) you even have a map, much simpler but which gives easy access to those infos.
it helped me correct a few things and see how far i had to go, even though it meant further than i anticipated.
i'm thinking about adding the tech level using this website, i cant add too much on my map anyway, in order to keep it reasonably readable.
i found both of them when i had done something like 80% of the map(when i thought i did about 98%!).
anyway it made my job way easier, at least for what i had not done yet.
