I know the devs are working hard on ironing out ongoing issues with the game, which definitely takes precedence, but I wanted to throw out a couple suggestions to consider adding in the future to the Animal Storage tab, specifically in relation to selling animals on the Market.
1) Quick Compare Animal to Current Market Listings
When looking at an animal in storage, I would love for there to be a button that will switch your view to the Animal Market, and automatically change the filters to match the animal that you were looking at. My suggestion would be to change the filters to that specific animal species, its gender, and the genetic rank of that animal.
This would make it a lot easier and quicker to see how much other people are selling that same type of animal for, if any are currently on the market.
Alternatively, it would also be nice to have a way to change several of the filters at once. I only suggest this because as it is, each time I make a change to the filters, it takes a few moments for it to reload. If I could change multiple filters BEFORE it reloads, it would save a lot of time.
2) List Selling History for Animal (Expired Sales)
I know we can look at the Trade History to see when a sale expired without an animal selling, but I wish we could see that when looking in Animal Storage and selecting an animal. I think there are times I end up trying to put an animal up for sale 2-3 times, before I give up and just release it to the wild. I generally only try to sell animals that are actually needed on the market (where there aren't already several pages worth of that type of animal available), but even when putting up an animal that is generally in demand, I think it's just a matter of luck as to whether someone actually buys that specific type of animal within the 1 hour time limit. (Alternatively, extending that time limit to several hours could be really helpful as well!)
This would also be incredibly useful if it shows how much I tried to sell that animal for previously. I can always check the market to see what the current market values are, but if I've already tried it at the current value and it hasn't sold, then I would prefer to price it lower and try again.
3) Allow Name Change in Animal Storage
I'm sure this has been suggested and discussed already by others, but it would be SUPER helpful if we could change the name of an animal while it is in Animal Storage. If I am actively breeding a particular species of animal, and end up with multiples of the same animal, I want to pick and choose which ones I'm going to keep and which ones I sell. Sometimes that will change after I get animals in storage, especially as one breeding pair has multiple births over the course of their lifetime. Where we can instantly box up an animal and send it TO storage, getting them back out and into an enclosure (where we can then change their name) tends to take a lot of time, especially if we are dealing with multiple animals. As it is, that is currently the only way we can change their names, and it's painfully time consuming.
This last suggestion has a bit less to do with selling animals on the market, but still has its uses in that function.
