I'm not entirely sure either. I thought it was an SRV skin, and i've been through everything. Just can't see a special. Weird...but then i don't have the 100 arx in-game mail either

Not all stations have store access. Hadn't really looked for a pattern. Outposts don't seem to have them.

There is a secondary access from the Game Extras menu if you log to main. Should work if not docked.
