Finding Compromised Nav Beacons - CNB

Thanks heaps for this list. Does anyone know of a CNB in an anarchy system? The only one on the front page is no longer in anarchy.

Edit: found one at Seshenghus. One outpost, unscoopable star.

Been a while here are new CNBs I have come accross on my travels:

Anima
Toci
Aerial - Empire (LDuval) - 1 planet - 2 hubs - 3P
HIP 14134
HIP 11796
Lafqueela
Thetis

Note that Aerial has a CNB once again.

Not sure to be honest. This thread on the steam forums has a suggestion:
Nav Beacons get compromised when the security level drops in a system, and if enough bounty hunting is done in a system then the security level will increase and the nav beacon will no longer be compromised.
