Finding passangers that want to go to "Black Treasure" Traikoa FL-P e5-4

Hi guys, to unlock Proffesor Palin and Chloe Sedesi one of the prerequisites is to travel 5kly away from SOL, so I decided to go to Black Treasure, which is about 5200ly from SOL. To make the most of the journey i thought it would be a good idea to first find some passengers that wants to go there, but the problem is, i dont really know where to look to find them?
I couldnt find a website that finds specific passengers so i need some tips :)

There is no tool that finds specific passenger requests. I think your best bet might a system with lots of big tourism/agriculture stations. I've often found good passenger missions at those. When I did Palin, I didn't choose a destination, I searched for high paying passenger missions to the same destination that was over 5000ly.

incase others read this Its not distance from Sol, its from your starting system where you spawned in the game....
So its the new starter region which is now permit locked and the older starting systems people could pick from...
