You cannot fix it... That is your hull integrity... Nothing bad will happen to you, but do not crush into anything anymore... Another bump and you are dust...Hey Cmdrs
I've just landed on a geo planet a little to hard because I forgot to check the gravity.
The percentage number underneath the shields display is now only 32%, what is it and can I fix it ?
I didn't but I landed upside downLanding on a high gravity world does result in interesting landings... did you get a video of it?
Did you watch Down to Earth Astronomy landing on a 11G planetary body, by the way?Landing on a high gravity world does result in interesting landings... did you get a video of it?
Didn't watch that.Did you watch Down to Earth Astronomy landing on a 11G planetary body, by the way?
He did, but not the landing itself, it was the taking off. I will watch your video now, thanks for posting! And I get emotional when I land at 2GDidn't watch that.
Hope he didn't botch his landing like I did (I survived though, thanks to shields & engineered hull):

AFAIK, yes. Will it be safe to supercharge the FSD ?
Supercharge or inject? Supercharging is done in neutron stars' jet cones, and injecting in the synthesis panel. Going into a jet cone with your hull damage, I wouldn't risk it.Will it be safe to supercharge the FSD ?

EDIT: that downward thrust was savage! And taking off was quite epic too! Nicely done.
I think my highest-G body was 2.35? And it was still pretty bad, because as you say, the brain was wired for low G environments.Thanks.
Bad (in high-g) habits learned on low-g environments combined with muscle memory can be fatal, or at least damaging.
At this moment, only paint is holding your ship together... And paint is worn of with every ly you travel... So be extra carefull now...Will it be safe to supercharge the FSD ?
POPPYCOCK!!!!! I have traveled many light years with 10% on my hull. Landed on planets with the same hull percentage and suffered no problems. At this moment, only paint is holding your ship together... And paint is worn of with every ly you travel... So be extra carefull now...
Just kidding... I know commanders who managed to stay in the void for months with only couple of percent of hull integrity...
