For the people who think there should be a reset (which is ridiculous) what do you think is going to happen if they did? The same thing that is happening now. As soon as the game comes online all the people logging on would cause in the same issue.

I think they want it to work like the first time round, where the reset is performed, but then they don't turn the console servers on for a year after that.

Oh I mapped quite a couple ELWs around the bubble yesterday, I'm on Xbox btw.

Correct elite wouldnt been on xbox without the efforts from fdev and the money by pc players etc however, i do not believe a reset is an option as players would do the same thing again

You are one of the lucky few, still not fair as the lapse of thinking of FD created this and yet they could still benefit. So yea... I like my proposal. To edit, I do actually mean first mapped.

I think it's a bit late now to erase the servers, seeing that all of us have been busy mapping planets for over 24 hours now...

Yeah, see the people complain about the launch and the mapping etc
and we are already in the next day in our (AUZ NZ) time zones waiting for work to finish as it all happened at dot oclock in the morning

Why are people bothered? Oh thats right, some PC folks and their £1,000,000 rigs deserve to and think they are missing out. Its done now, perhaps get over it? I was on Xbox but I didnt even bother with the bubble, I went out exploring. I actually didn't think about mapping any of the bubble tbh, I'm not that bothered. Just be aware that using #PcMasterRace from now on...... Karma. The first Thargoid contact was on Xbox, but no one cried about it. Why is this any different?

There will always be some who think 'it's all mine', don't bother about them, do what the rest of are doing and get on with enoying the additions to our game :)

(I will admit to chuckling when connection issues made it hard to get on Tuesday, it seemed a 'few' were 'camping out' to get first mapped...)
