They got an SRV into a station back a few years, now this. When are SRVs gonna be able to move around in zero g?
That has to be the most impressively stupid and pointless thing I've seen since someone landed an SRV inside a station so yeah, much kudos.
Someone landed an srv in a station!!
Because shooting space pinwheels has a short shelf life. But whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy?
Well done though.
Unfortunately there is no gravity on the carrier and the mag locks don't engage with the SRV, so the SRV has nothing to grip onto. This bug needs to be fixed in a future updateBrilliant effort. Once docked...um - what is the gravity on the deck of the carrier for the SRV? Can you drive on the carrier?
Unfortunately all we were able to go was to bounce the SRV off the deck like the uncontrollable ball it basically was. But I DO like your train of thought on getting the SRV into a hangar! That's some feat!
Were you actually able to dock the srv and enter a hanger?
Clearly this needs testing, and we were all quite exhausted by the time the SRV reached the carrier haha...so ...when you recall your ship from the srv, does it try to land on the carrrier ?
Commander Brono can attest to this haha...I'm impressed with the patience and skill involved, I imagine that self-destruct was necessary for the SRV pilot to return.
Like playing crazy golf! Get someone to enter the hanger and at the same time get someone else to nudge the SRV into the "hole" after themUnfortunately all we were able to go was to bounce the SRV off the deck like the uncontrollable ball it basically was. But I DO like your train of thought on getting the SRV into a hangar!
where do we submit them?Cant wait to see one of these pics in Stellar Screenshots on LS![]()
where do we submit them?
