Fleet Carrier Allocation Bug

I was ready to do tritium trading today when I noticed my FC capacity was 24.6k/25k. Most of the space was lost to market allocation for an export that I closed 4 days prior.

I could be mistaken and maybe I'm doing something wrong so in the google doc below I have a few screenshots. I don't have another monitor so apologies if it's hard on the eyes.

Yeah, it does that. And that space costs you fuel when jumping - weird eh?

Edit: Not sure why this is a suggestion - as the game already does this 🤔

It comes up with me being able to allocate the remaining tons that I have which is about 300t. It doesn't let me use the "allocated" 18 or 19k tons that should be open.

Do you have any tritium in the cargo hold? Or onboard your freighter?

If you do, I am stumped. If not, you may need to buy at least one 1 tonne to fix the the problem, then try and allocate again.

Nope, no tritium or anything just services. I did however donate straight to the tritium depot but that dis nothing.

So maybe ill set up market for 1t and do the transaction and cross my fingers?

Yeah, grab at least 1T. Since you are in Avan, just stock up on the cheap Tritium from - Timofeyevich Co-operative

Once back on your ship, use the right hand panel on your freighter to transfer the cargo to your carrier (Inventory, ship cargo,transfer)

Then try setting up a sell order to see if it clears the inventory issue.

Not sure what else to suggest, you would have set up a buy in order to sell to the carrier. I was being specific with my instructions. This is going from a bug I saw in Beta.

You need to do this exactly as described. Then try and post a screenshot of the transfer page.

Once back on your ship, use the right hand panel on your freighter (T9 or whatever) transfer the cargo to your carrier (Inventory, ship cargo,transfer)

Then try setting up a sell order to see if it clears the inventory issue.

Definitely bug report it, a lot of strange quirks with these carriers. Mine is stuck in Colonia due to a bug. Waiting 7 days for a reply from support.

Did it right both times, sadly it won't budge. I wonder if bringing it into an administration system and replacing or reinstalling services would work. Started with 320 and ended up with 321. when I sell it back to FC it resets to 320 again.

Cargo bay is default, so nothing to change in the admin system. I'd wait to see if anyone else offers advice, last resort is decom and buy a new one, you get most of your money back. You can make billions easily hauling tritium with these carriers, so you'll make any money back quickly. Keep troubleshooting though.

i can retrieve goods that i have loaded!! but i can no longer load the fleet with goods that i have just taken from it!! or even load it at all!! the problem appeared with the 28/11/2024 update!! before that, everything worked fine for me!
i'm stopping until everything gets sorted out

I encountered this myself, but you actually can using the "Transfer All" button, which (should) put anything you took out into the existing stock.

... although I did this with a low value item so ensure that they don't actually go missing as a result of it.
