Notice Fleet Carrier Update - Known Issues

Greetings Commanders,

Thank you to everyone who has reported the issues they’ve found since the update went live. We’re reading all the feedback and the development team is working hard on resolving them as we speak.

This thread is intended to share which issues we are aware of and any information relating to them. We'll keep this thread up to date with news and information, so please do keep checking back for the latest updates.

Current known issues:
  • Commanders being kicked from the game and unable to rejoin, or taking a longer than expected time to rejoin.
  • Commanders experiencing crashes related to connection errors.
  • Various sites missing from the in game world, such as Dav’s Hope.
  • Commanders being unable to purchase a Fleet Carrier.
  • Some Commanders did not have to wait any time for their fast track quota.
    • Fast tracking Powerplay quotas is currently not available while we investigate a further fix.

  • ARX failed to update
  • edServer: Error 404 from webserver: "We were unable to restore your user session" (so no ED for me today it seems!)
  • FC cargo Transfer button on ship broken
To name three...
 
Few several errors later trying to buy a FC, the system warm me that I have already a FC owned, so, I cannot buy another. But, there is no FC in the current system (Skeggiko O), and I cannot access the FC admin setup.

Thanks for the update :) I really want the Sirius atmospherics tourist beacon back up :)
 
damn I was only 20 jumps from Exploraers Anchorage with over 1300 systems of data to sell, not going to touch the game with a barge pole for the foreseeable future.
If that’s what you’re doing, you’ll probably be completely fine.

This update doesn’t seem to have been beset by the usual en-masse connection errors which mean barely anyone can log in, or are getting booted out constantly.

Obviously surface sites are missing, but if you’re just travelling a few jumps, maybe FSSing and DSSing then handing in to UC at Explorers Anchorage you should be completely fine. No FC vendor at EA (unless I’m mistaken) so you probably won’t get caught up in the FC related problems.
 
are people still getting connection errors? Or has this all been fixed now.
I'm kinda scared to connect only to find missing funds, bookmarks or whole systems....
