Notice Fleet Carrier Update - Known Issues

It seems that the jump process is almost completely broken. There's no warnings, sounds, anything happening during the timer. The only thing that works in the process is that it uses fuel but does not move the carrier. Currently I'm sitting in my fleet carrier in one system while the game says my carrier is in another system where I tried to jump to. Not going to attempt jumping anymore because it uses fuel but it doesn't do anything.
 
Anyone else getting "Invalid Machine ID"?

I thought they fixed this. Validated files, no use. Grr.
Did you do the "machine logout" thing? (Launcher, Options, Logout Machine) If you don't reauth the machine id it isn't going to work. Given that it's account security related, it doesn't surprise me they didn't just do a roll back and risk "reactivating" machines that people had intentionally logged out. That would be super bad.

WORKAROUND: you have to wait one hour until the red marking and text "Jump lock" has disappeared, the you can plan the jump and it works properly.
Seems the cause is a timer in background which is triggered by jump-abort (and should last 1 Minute only) that takes 1 hour !!!

lol thats no workaround thats just stupid... hello whit knights.. they worked so hard. I gues sometimes the community knows more than the devs or they dont willing to fix something cause thats just a digit programming fail which i think was kown since beta and not fixed.

OOOps the seems to be a problem. take my salt and life with it

how long where carriers in development, how often the moved the date to ashure quality?
 
Each update is more broken than the last, and while they fix things, they remove or break others.I have said it every time, and every time it is happening .... scaners that are no longer done, galnet, cg, II ... and I'm sure there are more things, but I've only been almost 2 years.

It will be easier to end this suffering and start from 0 .... this is not a normal way anymore, and the way they deceive the community to keep them playing.
What if this or that is going to be incredible, well no, nothing is being incredible, only the time this game has been online and how empty it is.

With all due respect, let the developers know that the game has been getting ridiculous for a long time.
 
Is it just me, or can you not buy limpets from regular stations (in ships with controllers equipped of course). Eg Barnes Terminal in En Kungu.
I have the same issue At ray gateway in Diaguandri.

Furthermore, my FC is not able to provide limpets anymore :(

So I've now moved about 3000 ly away from the bubble and noticed something odd. In some systems the FC is placed right next to the main star, (which is what I expected), and in others I've found the FC up to 100,000ls away from the main star. Is it random?
 
Well, maybe that'l do it...Roller-back, there's so many problem's with this game it's like a bloated pig floating down the river Hades on its back.
 
I had no problems with my fleet carrier until this afternoon. As reported above I couldn't get it to jump anywhere, the countdown would finish and then nothing. Also I tried to transfer some cargo to the FC, but wouldn't allow it as apparently it already had 32000 tonnes of cargo in it, the real figure was about 19000.
