Yes it does. When you're in the paint job detail it's shown with all layouts.

ARX are earnable in-game.

Buying outright for cash, the paintjobs are between £2 to £2.50 £1.24 to £1.64 each which seems reasonable to me, considering cosmetics prices in other games.

No no, you have to buy the "Carrier Aesthetics Maintenance Service" first - a cheap 2.5mil - then select a 'trusty crew member' to employ at a rate of 450k a week to use that roller so your FC gets painted in the first place.

I'll be waiting until the game's up and available before I decide anyway. Lets face it, these things aren't compulsory and as you say, I can always earn 'Arx' by playing the game anyway.

Same here. On a more positive note, that saves me topping up my account with Arx. Have just about enough for a PJ.
