Set your carrier to friends only and explain why it is now payment upfront and who they should thank for this policy, after all this is a bus business model with known destination not a taxi.

Fleet carriers need to have shipyards included for personal ships in the base upkeep costs, and make shipyards for purchased ships a add on service with its own separate costs. Universal Cartographics needs to be included in the base costs too. These are called personal fleet carriers right? Frontier please listen! Please make these carriers (PERSONAL)!
