[Fleet Carriers] Button to Honk Horn

As the name suggests, we should have a button on our carrier to manually sound the horn of the ship! Even though it's not a significant feature request, I think it would add something new to do on the carrier even if it's silly.

High beams you can flash, blinkers that can be left on, and a giant sign on the back you can change to what you like, mine might say- I brake brake for nobody!
