Painite working fine for me in my usual double spot. Only bit of mining I do that still is the same. Until they sort things out I’ve moved to that for money making.

Hmm just saying I did alot of run before , and after , painite is fine , but really not what it was , My best run are 500T in 1H20 , my worst 400T in 1H30. It's really random as you have alot less rock with painite.

Before , it was more 500T in 40 min /1h .

I still think it's fine tbh, but definitly nerfed. (also , alot more random)

Edit : also , with the nerf of hotspot range you have to be really precise when you drop , or you will see less rock with painite. But maybe i was just unlucky on some runs

That what I said, "exceed max" systems were already visited and mapped. So no need for FC at all now, except some rare cases where FC can make shortcut. For example I went to Kepler's Crest and back during 1 billing cycle using FC. Without it detour 1 way could take 2 weeks. However that was huge region. I visited exact star I aimed and had to go back. Because exploring region would took more tritium then going from bubble to that star. So then I went back to bubble, to recharge and repeat way by different angle to hit another part of region. And then they broke all.
Fun is, I met 3 carriers there 1000-2000ly from mine. And I still had 1st visits a lot despite I was going to well-known star.

Yes, the fact that reports are so inconsistent that people started calling each other trolls, because their results are different, surely doesn't help in all this mess.

What system and which planet was that?

There have to be some patterns that trigger massive Tri SSD spawn in non-Tri hotspots, we just need to collect as much details as possible.

That was a ringed ammonia world. First hop to another system and I found an icy body an icy outer ring. One LTD hotspot, no tritium hotspots. The first 4 rocks I tested in the LTD spot all had tritium SSDs. I've summoned the carrier.

Ha, that's what I have been writing about for the whole time.
There are LTD hotspots where almost every rock glowing in pulse turns out to have Tritium SSDs.
Can you tell me the name of your system and number of planet?
I wonder if there are more conditions making specific LTD HS better for Tri mining.

I dont think so, ..just not spot. I think best outcome would be from that "bert..." cheap something spot. Should have all other expensive stuff.

You could also ask the same question about NPC pilots you hire. You pay them 10% of everything you earn even when they are not in use or even attached to a ship you may be flying. It isn't logical.

Well, at least that pilot works when I ask or I can fire him/her and pay nothing.
Tritium guys do nothing simply. Just account donation I do meself by own hands. Traders are just useless for me, I would fire them all and close "market".

Let me add in the fact of LTD cored rocks to find in LTD HS are not there anymore. FDEV nerfed LTD out of existence.

I might as well put the game down and stop playing it until I see news this debacle will be fixed properly.

Had a few thousand tons of Tritium in FC cargo. Decided to transfer rather than mine. Now FD are stealing Tritium. Tried the transfer and it worked twice. The other times I tried the transfer, the Tritium disappeared but no increase in FC volume. I am sick of this half stick poking to try and fix issues. the game gets worse by the day

Eerily quiet. Something is afoot. They need to get their PR face on to quell the Speculation and to reassure players that they give a about the game

Well I decided to move my FC 2122 LY while I wait for news this stupid debacle will finally be sorted. I won't have any Tritium left in my hold after this 4 or so jumps. I will refuel it after I complete these 4 jumps. That will waste more than 1 hour of my time.

I warn you FDEV I have another game coming in the post. Be here soon I expect. Then I will see how the new game is for me. I may like it more than this crock of poopoos you have turned it into.

This state of the game saddens me.

I spent most of my day in Kuk trying to dock back into my FC. It would hang and give me the error if I were to exit out of SC, try and land at prospector's rest or if I tried to even jump out of the system at one point. Just stuck in limbo unable to go anywhere.. incredibly frustrating. Finally managed one successful exit back to my FC and i got out of that system pronto.

Week later and no word. No roll back. Still stranded. Guess time to find something else and end this toxic relationship pouring hours of my life into something that's supposed to be "fun" and getting nowhere.

What's the hell FD is doing with minning!
We all know that the economy in this game is break since day one because the balance between risk/rewards is a joke. But their is a certain balancing between the lack of fun vs rewards and we accept that.
If you want to fix the global economy systems and rebalance everything you'll take a big risk but I see benefits for every one. But just focussing on the minning... I don't get your point ?

More over if you reintroduce old bug with you patch what's the purpose? I was back on minning last night, found somme cracked asteroid, blowup them but can't get the surface deposite withc is inside...

Lol at all those who seem to think that ED is "Getting absurdly rich by mining LTD simulator", ignoring the fact, that you still can you make a lot of credits with mining even after patch.
Just not with LTD.

I won't argue that last patch needs patching, Tritium should be plenty in Tritium HS, not in others.

Still, LTD mining as it used to be was actually a glitch,bug,wrong math was used to calculate RNG in LTD overlaps what made this VERY RARE mineral a common one.
And patching this was long overdue.
