Thanks so much for the Patch Notes! Excellent job Frontier!
This is yelling. You don't like to moan or rant but you yell. My 94 yr old da does this because he's deaf
FCs were meant for Billionaires, not Cmdrs who grinded exploits to barely afford one or know what to do with them.
I think they are aware of the situation, they are aiming for balance not a feeding frenzy.
What are these other games of which you speak?
If you played over 5000 hours, you got your money worth IMO/

What other games? I am mostly playing Empyrion these days. Eleon doesn't do crap like issuing carriers that are basically gaping credit sinks with the promise of decent mining income, and then leave the costs in place while tragically decimating the mining opportunities. That's scummy even by FDev's dismal standards. But this has actually become standard operating procedure for FDev. It shows a profound lack of respect for the player base - an attitude of open hostility to those remaining die hards. A serious and dramatic shift in the mentality at FDev is needed to revise this game.
It is also possible even probable, "some", not all, of those billionaire's started very early on and amassed their fortunes via exploits, which had not been made more public, in order for FD to fix.
Imagine if they had talked about their objectives during patchs...
Also the eggbrealking exploit lasted one month....
the demands bug for LTD lasted a year. Please understand that during this time people start to think it's the norm of the game.
No exploit needed, really.
If you mined yourself silly in Borann for a whole year, you amassed more than enough wealth to afford one of these puppies.
While Borann was a thing, you could easily make 5-700m in a 1.5-2h session mining solo. No crazy stunts or exploits needed, just laser mine.
I made 35b just there, wanting to afford an FC when they got released.
Exit the game, go to Launcher, in menu is Option to "Log Out Machine" Do that then log back in. Have to use an e-mailed security code.

Incorrect. This is still happening as of 20 Dec 2020 3:09 am PST. I hope you guys actually do fix this. It's annoying and it makes the mining process take longer.
Below is a video clip that proves it. You can clearly see in the video that there are 2 musgravite chunks trapped in the asteroid and you can see an indite chunk that enters the asteroid as the asteroid spins over it. There is no collision. You can also see two limpets struggling and failing to secure the musgravite. Please excuse the audio, I was listening to a radio show.
