Glad to see we go about the hatchbreaking the same way, threeofseven.

I suck at planting NPCs, so I just have fun chasing them around and letting my limpets do the work.

I didn't realize that B rated collectors have the longest range.

Question though - why "the best" manifest scanner? I find that especially with the manifest scanner range doesn't really matter. What's your input or recommendation here?

Just because of the longer range, no other reason. Longer range helps since NPCs do not have FSD cooldown

Also avoid PP control systems or you will mostly get PP transports.

That one I figured out quite quickly. I'd never noticed those before.

Ah cool.

I've found that C rated fast scanners are great. Easy on power, acceptable range, and a 2-3 second scan. Like other engineering, they make it totally easy mode.
