We have just rolled out a server side fix (effective immediately), which should address the following issues on all platforms:

• Stored engineered module does not display engineered status
• Disconnection when mining (error code: Black Adder/Scarlet Krait)
• Commander stats are missing from Codex

has happened to me 3 times already,.. but no refinery fitted.
i'm sure, i only have one in my t7, don't do much mining.

and i haven't loaded my t7 since the update... perhaps doing so, refitting it, will, but it'd be a mystery as to why i'm getting the crash, in ships that don't even have, refineries in them.

my problem is apparently solved, my error was caused when the limpets came back from mining a rock, i'd say your's is different or not associated with mining or the refinery, which as stated, is meant to have be resolved.

I went mining VOs last night. Botched the charges badly, but ED behaved perfectly.

I get a Yellow Adder every time I start a delivery-type mission and attempt to accept the cargo. It was happening yesterday, I updated with today's patch earlier, and still no luck

Two yellow adders, yesterday and today, something to do with the transaction server. Exiting the game and logging in again worked for me.
