Collared peccary I'm guessing
The peccary or wild boar being a free animal would be insane. Another pig is greatly needed imo.

Hmm, could be, yeah. I'm not against it, but I'm secretly hoping for a collared peccary.
But if it's wild boar, I will be happy and it could also sorta work for a children's zoo
Either way its gonna be great. Gonna quickly swap my vote to peccary thoug. Boars have pretty long legs and this animal certanly does not and seems pretty close to the ground, fitting for the 40-60 cm peccary and not the 80-1,20 cm wild boar

Gut feeling that it's a peccary. The stubbiness, the way the environment is set up; if it was a boar, I would assume that the teaser would be a forest, but it's more of an open grassland, so I'm betting on a peccary.
Not sure which, chacoan and collared can go either way, but I'm hoping for the collared, since it'll cover both NA and SA

This animal has those spur-like "rear hooves" (what are those actually called?) on both their front and back legs, very pronounced. Every picture I can find of peccaries either has them very subtle, or totally absent. I'm thinking this is a boar.

Id say no chacoan, cause they got a very recogniseable face muzzle, besides the size the main way to distingish them from the collared. If it was them, we should have clearly seen those on its cheeks, but we didnt
If it is a wild boar, makes me think Europe won't be seeing a dedicated second pack anytime soon.
Well,the distribution range of Asian golden cats is also very wide. They are found in at least 10 Asian countries, and their adaptability is also amazing. They can be found from tropical rainforests to mountains with an altitude of 4,000 meters.
In fact, the key to the problem is that they are too rare in zoos. It is very important for people to see them easily with their own eyes. I bet that if the American black bear was not so "common", its high popularity would not be possible.
Not all is lost, maybe it's an ibis riding a black bear riding a peccary.

Theres another 3. option aswell, that feels logically just as likly as the other 2 are quite high profile animals.
The visayan warty pig meanwhile is also a more then decent choice thats also not very ask for and feels more appropriat for the anniversary gift.
Obviously im not gonna complain if we get one of the other 2 but just wanted to throw it out there as a more economical option for an anniversary pig with dark long rough hair

Definitely not part of the normal log, none of the wood pieces match that currently.
It's a peccary because it's running in the grasslands, NOT the forest like a boar would!
