Frontier: give the FSD to ALL players, regardless of whether they took part or not

It runs hotter so I won't be putting one on my T7 which already cooks itself on a laggy low-wake, but something like my DBX or cargo python? Hell, for the two weeks that it'll be reduced they'll only want 8 datamined wake exceptions for them, which is about what you'd spend engineering up a grade 5 long-range FSD anyway.
Does it run hotter always (as long as the module is active) or does it only run hotter when you're about to jump''

I dinna realize everyone was going to get it till today.
I was impressed. My explorer clipper went from 50.7 to 54.6 ly jumps.
Combat krait mk2 22.7 to 24.9
TY FD for a sweet freebie.

I spent the other day at a distribution centre filling up on wakes.
Today I bought 10 of the fancy FSDs.
I can't be bothered gathering more mats to make it literally every class 5 ship in the fleet but it's enough for every one I use commonly that could benefit from some extra range and isn't going to be hurt too badly by the thermal load (looking at you, T7)

I'm currently gathering Tellurium on a planet - or anything I can trade at the Materials Trader for it. Once I found out you can add Mass Manager to it so I don't lose my range (I have G5 Increased Range + Mass Manager already on multiple ships) I actually became interested.

Even without mass manager it'll get you a better range than a normally-engineered one.
I noticed that, that extra 15% vs. just 4% (I had thought it was less for Fast Boot and more for Mass Manager some reason). I can't wait to add the additional Mass Manager for a whopping 74% Optimal Mass (depending on how they stack or if it's just flat).

Bought it from human tech broker with the mats needed. It's boosted my AspX to an unladen distance of 73ly from 68ly, so quite pleased. I had the experimental effect, stripped down, added too. :)
