Hey Jileha... hmmm, I turn the heat map off as soon it appears, because you can't see a path with it turned on.I don’t think this is a bug. You get a similar effect when switching from a rather dark into a bright environment and is most likely an attempt to recreate a ”realistic” effect of the camera sensor’s exposure adustment (or the human eye?). The heatmap is very bright - exposure is reduced. Switch to the normal darker environment - initial underexposure until the ”camera” has adjusted. If you emerge from the inside of a cave, for example, into bright daylight, you get the opposite effect, everything is overexposed, until the exposure is adjusted.
But I agree, it is not particularly fun or useful having to wait for two seconds before you can see anything again.

I think it's strange that I just have this "thing" when I put down an education screen... the small and the bigger ones.
I don't have this "suddenly dark" thing with anything else. So your explaination makes sense, but it's not that kind of problem. It happens every time... click... and a dark game for a few seconds until it's back the right way. I can't tell if it's a bug... but it's really strange like I said already.

Oh and it feels more like 5-10 seconds, I never counted... but it's long enough to think "hellooooo screen, what's uuuup? I really would love to see something from my zoo!" ... or something like that.
