Seems everyone who has everything is doing an awful lot of telling me "no".
There's a good reason for that.
The Neutron Highway?...I've only ever heard about it and not seen it.
And that would be an example of why.
I don't mean this in a demeaning way, but the best way I can think to express it is to suggest that at the moment in Elite, you are like a small child.
You see things and you don't quite know what they are, you don't really understand what is happening, why it is happening, or how it fits into the overall picture. Yet you're ready to loudly demand things be done based on your limited observations without having any idea what the consequences of those changes might be, or why things are the way they are to begin with.
This in no way suggests you are stupid or anything of the sort. You're just inexperienced at the moment, and you don't yet know enough to have an idea of what you don't know or what questions to ask. We've all been there - even the people who "have everything" - this is not the sort of game you pick up and master in a weekend, or even a month, or a year.
That's not to say you can't have valid input, but take some time to learn and understand the mechanics in question before demanding changes. Get some experience with things, and then try again. Don't just try something once in a way it wasn't intended, complain about it, and then suggest you'll complain more loudly if you don't like the answers to your question. You'll never learn anything that way.
Asking questions is good, but you've got to be open to the answers. Starting out with the mindset that you're automatically right won't get you anywhere.
