FSS frame rate issues one Xbox One X

Is anyone else experiencing choppy framerates when using FSS on the One X? Playing on a 4K TV.

Fine on my X.

I had this, juddering etc.
Did a hard reset and all is fine again.

It depends on the system and general lag. Having this on PS4 as well.
