FSS stutter/lag

Oh think I found out what the issue is, well for me at least. I run in 4K mode on a 60Hz monitor. After my display settings were wiped I had Limit Frame Rate Limit turned off. When I put this back to 60 to match my monitor refresh rate the FSS was smooth like before! Hope this helps someone!

I'll just pop this here in case no-one else has noticed, the FSS is resolving volcanic sites in the background once more so this may lead to stuttering on less powerful systems although I haven't noticed any effect on mine.
