The Dwarf part is from the astronomical body. The gobbler part -- well something has to eat them!
The name was born to Starcraft many years ago and has served me well since.

So here is a dumb question. If you kill an NPC (i.e. bob ross)... does another NPC with that same name ever respawn and live another day? Or is the name permanently retired?

Soundie alarm, Zen master(master ranked,loled), Gaius Baltar, Callboy, Gimball the wizard, Kittens.

There is more of them but cant recall them all atm.
