Galnet & Twitter: "an unknown vessel needs our help!"

lol, 120 non-body signals in Swoilz XX-D c1-30; so many fleet carriers.

Every surrounding system I've visited so far has a smattering of Degraded Emissions signals; I'm hoping they're not important because I'm ignoring them - well I started to ignore them when the first few I visited were unexceptional.

So camp out in all adjacent systems till the mayday reaches the ones that are further from its source than Swoilz XX-D c1-30 and we can establish a direction.

Any one got any idea if we looking for beacons, unidentified signals sources or what?
I found a system with 21 degraded emissions points on my way there, they 292kls out, heading back there now
I don't think we're looking for simple signals like degraded emissions, which are randomly generated. It's probably something that will stand up in FSS, like megaships - according to tweet it's a vessel, not a planetary outpost (but it might be crashed on the surface).

Amen. It'll be a cold day in Hell indeed before anybody catches me on Tw@tter.
I script-block tw@tter, facepage, etc so I have no idea what the tweet says. Hence my remark. If it were not for you I would not know that there was owt to look-out for since F D treats this forum like a cellar full of mushrooms.
Twitter isn't half bad, the trick is to be really selective who to follow. I only get gaming / tech tweets nowadays, however it was bad during last year of trumpdemic. Acute case of Electionoma. Luckily that's over and regular joes (pardon the pun) are back to their normal business, as it is currently possible during this COVID pandemic around. So my feed is slowly back to normal. Facebook? Thank you, I don't zuckerberg.

So I got close to the coords in a previous link 56.4 and -8.3 and I saw some very weird lights moving around, like lasers. a green and a white one. Fyi, I am a noob.

Am I getting my math concept wrong? If you have a 80 ly radius sphere centered around Swoliz, no system will be further than 80 ly from its center. You get a 160 ly diameter by having a 80 ly from each extreme distance measured to each other instead of the Swoliz system, but both of those extreme systems would be no further than 80 ly from the Swoliz center. So the 160 ly measurement isn't really relevant...
to explain it better:
Receiver A: 80ly from source - that's Elisa Solomon in Swoilz
Source: unknown
ReceiverB: 80 ly from source (or more)

maximum possible distance between receiver A (Elisa) and B (uniknown): at least 160 ly.

my 10 stops route derived from that included Osuntii as second stop ... well!
