Game Files can't be synchronized with the Cloud after reinstalling

I'm currently trying to start Planet Zoo after I fixed my Computer yesterday and when I want to start it, it isn't able to synchronize the local Files with the ones in the Cloud. Of course I don't want to lose my Progress. The Internet Connection seems to be relatively good at the Moment, so I wanted to ask if anyone knows a Trick how I can make it work
Edit: It fixed itself after approximately a Hour. Such a Shame that I need to go to Work but at least it will be ready when I'm back

I'm sorry for performing Thread Necromancy but I do have the same Problem again. But this Time it doesn't seem to fix itself. I'm already trying since Hours. It worked for other Games like Jurassic World Evolution and Ancestors: the Humankind Odyssey but no Matter how often I start it for Planet Zoo, it always fails. I'm worried that I might not be able to get my Save Files back. Does someone have a Tip what might fix it?
Or could it be that my Files don't exist anymore because I wasn't able to play since February of last Year?
