Think Cities: Skylines, but with a few differences. While you'd be able to create a city (and even a region of other cities), it also specializes in creating different places, such as amusement/theme parks, water parks, national parks, regular parks (like Central Park), fairgrounds, museums, performing arts centers, movie theaters, stores, restaurants, malls, boardwalks, arcades, entertainment centers, bowling alleys, roller rinks, laser tag arenas, mini golf, trampoline parks, indoor snow parks, zoos, aquariums, safari parks, botanical gardens, nature attractions, year round haunted attractions, sports venues, dinner theater attractions, hotels, resorts, casinos, and all kinds of other attractions. You could also make things like a Walt Disney World style resort, or even a Las Vegas style strip.
As earlier stated, not everything has to be in one single city. Such stuff can be in other neighboring cities. You can make something like Orlando, Pigeon Forge, or even a simple roadside attraction.
