Game is unplayable after a certain time in Franchise

I started a park on franchise, and after a while the game just kept crashing whenever I did anything on the park. It was completely unplayable.
Open the park, place a bush, path or ride, game crashes. Open the park, try to place the same item, game crashes. Can do this over and over and over again.

I've started a new park on the same franchise, and the 2nd park has done exactly the same. I got a number of rides and pools in the park, and now it's just completely broken and unplayable, exactly like the first one. Panels are broken, details in each menu or panel don't display properly. The park says I have thousands of guests in it, but there's 0% on all the outputs.
I can't change prices on things, there's no research panel details, no finance details. And you place items, and the game crashes, or you can't close panels.

The game is just really broken.
I've tried to report this to Frontier, and upload the videos, but the support tickets won't let me attach the videos, so I ended up making YouTube videos of the issues.

your game looks cursed and it is not the experience. do you meet the reqs? how is your systemload with pc2 running?it seems your system is bottlenecking hard when i needs to load a lot of data? SSD and 32 GB ram?

Well it's happening on both an Alienware Laptop which is an i9 / 32GB and a 1080 GTX Card, but also my main gaming PC which is top spec i9 14th Gen / 48GB / 4090 RTX - so 2x different PC's, 2x different installations of the O/S, Steam and the Game, and the same issues on both franchise parks.
Common denominator is the game and the Franchise Parks

Both crash or menu panels get stuck when doing the same things
So i'm pointing the issue squarely at Frontier and their software.

maybe an idea of troubleshooting: invite another player to the park and let them test it.

The reasoning is your rig is far better than mine, but for example your building menu seems to lag more than mine and so on. The chances are it could be just the franchise park, if both experience this. If not is something on your side.

The video was taken on the Alienware Laptop, so may explain the lag as it's only a 1080 GFX Card.

If anyone wants to have a play on my franchise parks to see if they crash for them, and if things like the research panel and finance panels are all blank for them.
Please feel free and report back in here.

ok, further investigation and update
I was running the game on family mode in steam, so the game is in one of my other accounts, and I was playing under another account.
I've loaded up the franchise park on the steam account that actually has the game in the library. And the research page come up correctly, as do the other panels.
Haven't played long on it, but it did seem to work.
So wondering if the unplayable issues and crashes are actually to do with running the game via the Steam Family account sharing option.

yeah it seems to be on your side: i started angola, could see the research, could run finance, then i just first personed for a while being semi afk.

No crashes, everything just runs fine.

I think it's a steam family share issue, but don't know if the issue then sits with Steam or Frontier to fix.
There's definitely a problem though.

I played a while under the account which I bought the game under, on the Congo Park on my Main Gaming PC, which is very high spec.
Game plays a lot faster, and no lag.
However, it crashed once whilst placing a coaster blueprint.
And the research panel, whilst it worked the first time, it was broken again when I restarted the game.
And when I uploaded the changes for the park for the franchise, steam crashed the game and asked me to submit the crash report.

So, I take back on the previous comment on it being just a Steam Families issue.
Whilst I can actually play the game on the main account when not using Steam Families, I still feel like there's a bug or issue with the game which Frontier need to look at.

Had some more weird game stuff happening.
Game is definitely crashing still even without steam families
And panels fail to open or fail to close, and options missing.

Errors are showing on the panels, plus high values etc..

Can you try the kpr-congo park ?
when i go into the settings for like park options, finance, research and the like, they're all broken
even on the main steam account

Oh we are getting closer:

Everything went normal, besides research:

The research went all white:

Now for the 'curious' thing your park f's my settings:

You see the blanks on motion blur?
And the scenery option are not mine also, but this could be park specific.

In any other park the options are there, it is just your park.

So my idea: run your settings from the main menu, check if everything is correct, then launch the park.

Checked my settings, and even aligned them to your screenshot ones
Still crashes. Even crashes just opening the settings window from within the loaded park.
Things like the blank settings for stuff like motion blur, is exactly the sort of stuff I experience, but on Park management panels.

I have the same issues, but in both sandbox mode and career mode I haven't played franchise mode at all. Happens a lot once the park reaches a certain size. My laptop exceeds the bare minimum requirements too. Granted it's an i7 9th gen 6 core processor, 32GB of RAM and a 1660 Ti 6GB graphics card. My old gaming desktop Is much older, but could run Planet Coaster 1 with little issue and it has an old i5 3rd gen 4 core processor in it and a 1080 Ti 6gb graphics card.
