A good is faulty when it is not fit for it's intended purpose.

A game is meant to be played. If the game cannot be played, there is a fault. Now unless it's a CD issue (which is rarely the case in PC gaming), you can't "replace" it. So the seller has an obligation to either fix the fault or refund the purchase.

Ye but in this case the game is being played by thousands right now .... As with " EVERY " online game there are issues , Updates, Patches but its very far from unplayable and if you think it is bad then you must have started PC gaming today !!
God Xbox and Sony servers have had customers waiting weeks to get online properly in the early days let alone play ..... But ye if people like to moan then they would find something no matter what

You are leaving the game because Frontier are not giving you a timetable and a list of exactly what they are going to do next?

FD Devs are home for the holidays. Somewhere its stated that tomorrow they will go back to work..

Patience man! A holiday for a gamer feels like eternity. Holiday for a dev feels like a well deserved break.
