Game won't start

My Pc Crashed when i tried to play elite. after that every time i click the play button on the Launcher the button goes from Light blue to dark blue and after a few seconds back to light blue again. Then i verify my Game data's it only shows "Infalid Manifest Checksum". andi dont know what to do. I reinstalled it and did what google said with "deactivate router filter settings" and nothing happens.

I play on Steam if that might help :c

1 - try run as administrator

2 - check your NET versions*

* By default the EDLaunch.exe.config file has the lines:

<supportedRuntime version="v2.0.50727"/>
<supportedRuntime version="v4.0"/>
</startup>

Many new systems don't have the v2 runtime - just edit out that line (make a copy first!) and see if that helps.
