CEST is what, Central Euro Summer Time? What's that in Australian Eastern Standard? I really wish they'd remember they have a global audience start making time based annoucements on UTC or GMT.

I don't think it's a mod, it's just using the debug camera and possibly the Oculus Rift to get the walking motion to look right.
