This is a bit disturbing. I log into the client, start her up. There was no update from last night at about 10pm EST.

I'm on the loading screen, get the opportunity to name my commander (pre-populated, thanks FD), and then start. Servers are down (I presume for update), and start button is red.

Is the "no update package" what everyone else is seeing?

In the Account Dashboard, click on the 'View Order' link for your order.
Click on the reward link within that order

You should then see a full list of of your rewards.
