Could you now try loading up in Solo rather than open play?

Just trying to rule out a few things

Same result, i downloaded new launcher and client and server dont match versions.

I've been trying in Solo each time. With the upnp change and without. No joy.

Just got in to game after waiting a bit on spinning ship, also turned on then off anti-aliasing, this was fix I used on previous builds

Tried that but still spinning.... pass me a bucket!

Try turning off anti-aliasing works for me every time I get this bug!
It could be a coincidence although it has worked the 4 times I've had spinning ship

no effect.

Yeah I'm currently watching Elan so its definitely working. I think I'll give it an hour or so before trying to play. Hopefully most people will have the latest patch by then and the spinning sidewinder will be a thing of the past.

Got a spinning ship first, killed the Client & launcher, restarted everything, and now START is greyed out. Bottom of the screen reads "Server: 54.78.127.235:19364 [unconnected]".

Hi all,

Could those of you who are having a problem loading into game where you are getting stuck with a spinning ship change your AppConfig.xml from

upnpenabled="1"

to

upnpenabled="0"

and try again, and let me know if that works for you.

Your AppConfig.xml file can be found in the same place the Elitedangerous32.exe resides.

Tried Solo, Group, Open and Training. Training works.

Tried in both solo (twice) and now in group. No go.

Also, if the client is windowed, clicking on the X to close it closes the game "gracefully" - no errors or anything. Shuts down clean
