I'm new to this game. [] Today I own 3 ships.. Asp explorer.. Cheiftan.. and Anaconda. They are all have A rated mods.. and the ASP and Anaconda are engineered to the max.

For someone new to the game that's a very quick credit rate. I still can't afford an anaconda yet

Man, I was still in a cobra when I was doing those first-tier unlocks. It was one of the first things I did in the game once I had a halfway-decent multirole to fly around in.
That's one of the things that so many players I know from other games do and end up giving up on ED - I run into them flying a python or a krait or a conda and ask me for build advice, I ask them what engineers they have and it's "Oh I've not started on those yet"

Maybe they haven’t got Horizons yet and have no access to engineers.
