Geforce now and update 18

Hey guys, wanting to jump into play on Geforce Now and it wants to go through the update cycle (preparing for update, processing manifest etc.). Now I know it takes awhile usually but it keeps timing out around 50 percent give or take and then I gotta reload it but of course it starts from the beginning and doesn't finish.

Anybody know a workaround? Or do you just have to wait a few days after an update to play on geforce now?

im using geforce now, using my xbox. it updated automatically this morning... i dont know, i guess check the geforce settings? hopefully it starts working

GeForce now should have updated the game on their end. I tried it now (I have an Elite Dangerous Steam account I can play via GeForce now) and it's already updated. Try it now, it should be done.

The Steam client gets updated automatically shortly after the Frontier servers come back up, but the Epic Games one doesn't. I raised a ticket with Nvidia and they triggered an update manually, the Epic client's also OK now.

Yep, I tried a few times last night with no joy.
GeforceNow with Epic - got to around 90%-95% each time that stopped and reset itself.
Hope its OK tonight I'll try again.
