Far as the sheet, Not got a new station but just for completeness' sake, Cyllene Orbital has Locked and Loaded too, on the Frontline desk =)
Asterope / Copernicus now graffitied (All existing types so far)

Starting to get a reasonable sample size in the bubble (well, 5 systems in the bubble).
All are:
No clue as to why the Alliance ones are where they are - not close to Alioth, but not that far away (~25-40ly IIRC), so they're hardly some backwater that's fallen into revolt
. I still hope there are other systems - probably in Fed/Imp space - but there isn't much of a clue where to look, and it's a big bubble ... probably waiting one someone stumbling across one - then at least we can guess there will be others nearby ...

- M/L security,
- populations < 25M,
- all close to each other (see OP) in two areas(Alliance & Pleiades). But not so close that there are similar systems without graffiti

I came across my first graffiti last night. It was the "save us Aegis" tag at Stargazer. Neat! Props to FDev on this bit of fluff.
I hope this leads to some festive decorations for various holidays. It's a shame that Elite never had some in-game festival decor for the holidays like most other MMOs. Heck, I hope this leads to more interior decor for other events too.

Yes. Yes I do. I don't doubt for a second that mankind will bring its most festive seasons with it as it moves out into the stars. But what I suggest doesn't have to be a representation of actual holidays. I like what CCP does in Eve Online: they have recreated such holidays as Halloween and Christmas into sci-fi variants of their own creation. That works for me, too!
Fdev already embraces the big holidays with its seasonal selection of bobbleheads, skins, etc. I just wish we would see some decorations in stations and at planetary settlements as well. It would make the game seem more alive, and probably encourage players to open their wallets and buy some festive paintjobs and stuff for their account as well! That is why most other MMOs do it. o7
Assuming the population is still mostly human, most certainly! Any excuse for a couple of days off have always been welcome!
