As stated by lilibat, Frontier currently does not have any plans to bring Planet Coaster to consoles such as the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and other console devices.

Dreams is currently available to buy on the ps4 in early access and may offer the creative aspect of what you're looking for. But making a roller coaster in it will probably be somewhere between making a mine track in minecraft and trying to make a marble run out of play-doh, i.e. not like this.
