You might as will spare your words. Look at the AVERAGE of history combats and you'll see that the bigger ship, gun, fighter etc. wins against the smaller one, except, if they're outnumbered. But I'm saying that in ED smaller combat ships win right now against bigger ships ON AVERAGE and this is illogical!
Also, how often do I have to say that I win against big ships in a big ship, but I lose against small ships, like everybody else does?
This is starting to tire me. If people don't get the obvious imbalance in that regard, there's nothing more to say.

I don't have to look at the Average of history in this, as a hobby strategist I know it exists within the game and in history. But let's try to make this concise for those with the short attention spans, so I don't have to deal with more hand-waving and the implications of the truth is out there.
I have witnessed streamers mop the playing field with both the Anaconda and the Imperial Cutter. I have seen them take out Cold-running Vultures and Cobras as easily as those that weren't running cold. I know that it's possible and it can be done. While you might be able to try to accuse me of not being qualified to have this discussion in this thread, I have provided adequate proof of my capacities in both strategy, history, and creating the correct variables of an informed opinion.
Now here comes the rub. And allow me the right to being as blunt as possible.
It's possible you can be an unparalleled humanitarian or more intelligent than Albert Einstein, but in my not even remotely humble opinion, it can't seen that based on postings here in this thread and in the other that I
referenced.
Humans work on perception and perspective. Can't shake that, we have millions of years of evolution that have reinforced this through survival and handed down/learned response. And to use myself as an example, I'm not seeing capability in these suggestions. Based on your postings in this thread and the other that I referenced; at best I'm seeing ill-informed to mis-informed perceptions and at worst the whinging of the self-entitled (often called by the current generation as
Special Snowflakes).
As it stands you have yet to provide adequate proof that
you have these skills with the ships in question.
So until then, it is in my not remotely humble estimation this is why you are meeting with as much resistance to your suggestions...
