No Steam support..login to store/downloadable products/download Alpha installer...

I guess it's patience time then, I'm installing ships 1.5 in the meantime, going to see if 64 bit has anything noticeably different, hoping ring fog and hangar fog from the ship lifter are reintroduced, don't know why they were removed to begin with.

Update

Just reproduce my situation

1) Never downloaded a new launcher
2) ED 32bit appeard a works fine
3) Horizons Beta appeared and i pressed install
4) Download went fine (11- 15 MB/s)
5) Pressed play on horizons
6) Loaded shaders fast and fine\
7) Main menu
8) Start grayed out (not connected, mine are some servers in the range #850-#870)

Logged out
Logged in
same result

This was with:Horizons Beta V2015.11.30.91428 0.4.4100.0 (0.4.4029.0 server)

Downloaded and installed new client:Horizons Beta V2015.11.30.91428 0.4.4084.0 (0.4.4029.0 server)

Same result

Also no client download available from my store account. are these related?

I am doing the same. Well spotted! No clue why the same launcher (run from Steam) doesn't show it... :(

There's no client in my downloadable products and I was just about to ask that, it seems we are getting the error because our accounts aren't added to the beta server as being allowed, anyone here who could see it in their account products page and not be able to download it, or any who have not seen it in the downloadable products page but were still able to download through the launcher?

It's a Beta, there will be issues, no? But lots of folks are getting download and into beta. Patience folks, I am sure FD will release the first patch quickly, as per normal! MB still at work at 10 PM.

Moskowitz Town looks nice. Don't really understand Glide mode from orbital cruise- would love to hear FD technical or game-play explanation behind that. I guess you can be instanced but still fly at 2500 m/s at altitude while approaching target? But then glide mode ends automatically...

Buy vehicle storage module, then you get empty slot and click on that you can buy an SRV.

Don't forget to review/ setup the SRV controls. I hope someone that made hotas templates to export controller settings does an update for the new controls.

Just in case it's useful...

Premium Beta, downloaded a new installer last week. Can't see Horizons beta in My Downloadable Products, however I can see the full list of products in the launcher window. Have installed the Single Player Combat missions and am installing 32bit Elite Dangerous. Haven't been able to get Horizons to download as I get the same server refused error that everyone else is reporting.

Note that I've had to hack the launcher xml file ever since 1.3 or I can't run it without admin privileges.

I have the recent lifetime expansion pass, had access to the 1.5 BETA, but do not seem to have access to the Horizons BETA. I have reinstalled the launcher numerous times (the 25MB and 125MB ones) but it simply does not show Horizons at all, only "Elite Dangerous (32-bit)" and "Single player combat training". I ma in the UK, if that matters. Help?

Edit: And just like that, it starts working. Typical!

Got the Button install Horizons Beta 2.0 - klicking Install Returns a Server Error Installer unavailable :S - please get it fixed . . .

There are issues and then there's lack of preparation.

It's pretty weird how so many players are locked out of the beta so far.

And for those who can't find the launcher, the Frontier official Twitter gave this link https://t.co/vnoBcH9DfV

You can also try just downloading from the existing store link for Premium Beta or Beta. That is all I did and got the new launcher with new entries. Also may need to exit launcher once and reload.

I'm a PB participant and i also do not see the Horizon Product in "My downloadable content", but my launcher was updated last week and i see the 2.0 horizon beta, currently downloading.
Sadly my Internet connection is rather snail-speed, so it'll take some time to finish.
